Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the rules, regulations, and expectations for students, parents, and guardians associated with the school. Admission and continued enrollment imply acceptance of these terms.
Attendance
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for students to be eligible for examinations. Late arrivals without valid reasons may result in disciplinary action. Regular attendance ensures academic continuity and discipline.
Uniform & Appearance
Students must wear the prescribed school uniform, clean and well-ironed, with polished shoes. Hair should be neat and tidy. Wearing jewelry, makeup, or fancy accessories is not permitted.
Conduct & Discipline
- Respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
- Running, shouting, or misbehavior inside school premises is strictly prohibited.
- Use of polite language and good manners is expected at all times.
- Bullying, teasing, or any form of misconduct will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Academics
Students must complete homework regularly, bring required books and supplies, and actively participate in classroom activities. Honesty during examinations and assessments is compulsory.
Prohibited Items
- Mobile phones, smart devices, or electronic gadgets are not allowed.
- Outside food, fancy items, or excess cash should not be brought to school.
- If found, prohibited items will be confiscated and disciplinary action may follow.
School Property
Students are responsible for taking care of school property, books, and personal belongings. Any damage to school property may result in fines or collective responsibility for the class.
Communication
Parents must regularly check and acknowledge notices sent through the school diary or almanac. Official communication should be addressed to the Principal through proper channels.
Parental Responsibilities
Parents are expected to support school policies, ensure regular attendance, acknowledge school messages, and discourage students from bringing unnecessary money or items to school.
General School Rules
- No student is allowed to leave the classroom without permission or a valid pass.
- Students are not permitted to take private tuition from school teachers.
- Defacing walls, desks, or running in corridors is strictly prohibited.
- Devices such as tablets or iPads, if found, will be confiscated.
